1. Spaces are approximately 8 feet wide by 20 deep.
2. Vendors can arrive by 10:00 a.m. and are expected to set up before 11:00 a.m.
3. Vendors are expected to be present for the duration of the event (until 4:00 p.m.).
4. Spaces are to be cleared of all items and debris when leaving at 4:00 p.m.
5. Cars may be parked near the spaces to load and unload but must be removed to a designated area by 10:45 a.m.
6. In the event of rain on both May 4, 2014 and June 1, 2014, the event will be cancelled and your check will be destroyed (i.e. not deposited unless the event takes place – if you want your check returned, you must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope).
7. In the event of rain on May 4 (and June 1) an e-mail will be sent before 8:00 that morning-if the event is cancelled, you will not be charged.
8. You will be asked to remove any items found to be illegal, offensive and/or objectionable to the event organizers (no alcohol, weapons, x-rated material).
