LWV-LM Installs New Board, Honors Out-going President

At the June 5 annual meeting of the Larchmont-Mamaroneck League of Women Voters, the following slate of officers was elected to the 2014-2015 board and Elisabeth Radow was honored for her four years as president of the chapter. Westchester County Legislator Catherine Parker presented Ms. Radow with a proclamation, and the LWV-LM board announced that a cherry tree will be planted in the Town of Mamaroneck in her honor.  Lawrence Otis Graham, the political commentator, author, attorney and long-time friend of Ms. Radow, spoke about outright and passive bigotry that continue to pose obstacles for women and minorities.
