A representative from GAR Associates, the firm conducting the property re-assessment for the Town of Mamaroneck, was at the LWV-LM Issues Breakfast on March 1 to discuss a mailer residents are receiving this month about the fair market value of their properties. The Town Supervisor Nancy Seligson discussed related decisions made by the Town Council on the “Homestead Exemption.”
