At the the Larchmont-Mamaroneck League of Women Voters’ issues breakfast on September 7, Town of Mamaroneck Supervisor Nancy Seligson and Village of Larchmont Mayor Anne McAndrews outlined the major agenda items they and their boards are grappling with.
